This website is operated by Aspen Utilities, an outdoor utility excavation contractor headquartered in Genola, Utah. By using the site you agree to these terms. Please do not use the site to submit false information or to interfere with its operation.
Estimates are not binding quotes
Information on this site is general and does not constitute a quote or a contract. Any pricing we discuss before seeing the site is an estimate only. Final pricing depends on an on-site assessment — depth and length of the line, soil and rock conditions, access, existing utilities, surface materials, and permit or inspection requirements. A written scope and price we provide for your specific job controls over anything shown here.
Scheduling and response times
We work to complete most residential water line repairs the same day, and we respond to estimate requests as quickly as we can. These are goals, not guarantees. Availability depends on crew scheduling, weather, utility locates (Blue Stakes), permits, and municipal inspections, none of which are fully within our control.
Licensing and insurance
Aspen Utilities is a licensed and insured contractor in the State of Utah. We are an excavation contractor specializing in outdoor water and sewer infrastructure; we are not a plumbing company and do not perform interior plumbing work.
Property owner responsibilities
For work on your property, you are responsible for confirming you have authority to authorize the work, disclosing known private utilities, irrigation lines, septic components, and structures in the work area, and providing reasonable access. Undisclosed private lines damaged during excavation are not our responsibility.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aspen Utilities is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits obligations under a signed work agreement for services we perform.
Content and trademarks
The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site are owned by Aspen Utilities and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
