Who we are

Aspen Utilities is an outdoor utility excavation contractor headquartered in Genola, Utah, serving Utah's Wasatch Front and surrounding areas. You can reach us at (801) 860-8504 or info@aspenutilities.net.

Information we collect

When you request a free estimate through the form on our contact page, we collect the details you enter — typically your name, phone number, email address, service address or city, and a description of the work you need. If you call or email us, we keep the contact details and notes needed to respond and schedule work.

We also collect standard technical information automatically, such as the pages you visit, the site or ad that referred you, approximate location based on IP address, and your device and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to estimate requests, provide and schedule services, follow up on quotes and completed work, keep our records, and measure which advertising brings us customers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from the services below. They help us understand how visitors find us and whether an ad led to a call or an estimate request.

• Meta Pixel — measures results from Facebook and Instagram advertising. You can manage your ad settings in your Meta account.
• Google Ads and Google tag — measures results from Google advertising. You can opt out at adssettings.google.com.
• LeadConnector — hosts our estimate form and chat widget and delivers submissions to us.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to call us or submit the form.

Sharing

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business — our form and chat provider, advertising and analytics platforms, and any subcontractor or supplier directly involved in your job — and where required by law.

Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone, text, or email about your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out of further texts.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email info@aspenutilities.net or call (801) 860-8504 and we will handle it.
